No customer service
Ordered 2 lampshades, both arrived badly stained and defected. Reported 2 weeks ago
and chased twice - still no response. They do not care about you or your money. Will not be using this company again.

Customer Service extremely unhelpful
Customer Service was extremely unhelpful. They sent out half of my order then realised they couldn't complete the full order. I tried returning the items for weeks but they wouldn't help when the item was stuck in a depot. Told me it was my issue to return the items when it was their original issue of an incomplete order. They took weeks to respond to emails and on the phone wouldn't accept any responsibility or even help by reaching out to their own courier service. This was a really negative experience all around that dragged on for months. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Easy to order & speedy delivery.
Website a bit difficult to find (showed up on my phone when searching for the product but not on my PC using the same search).
Good price with faster delivery than expected.
Manufacturers packaging looks good.
Christmas present for a family member so have yet to see if the product lives up to expectations.

Ordered a coffee table on October 10th
Ordered a coffee table on October 10th. The website said there was 1 in stock. Delivery should be between 3 - 7 days! 11 days later I contacted them to see why I hadn’t received my order only to be told that they are waiting for shipment from manufacturer. Communication is very bad and information on website is incorrect. I am not happy with this company and intend cancelling my order to purchase the item elsewhere!

Different owners same shabby culture

The new guys reached out to us as we previously had a trade account. Having lost money at the collapse and having experienced the worst service and product quality imaginable with the original Houseology I wanted to know why we should trust them again. Absolutely nothing back from them! They should be resourcing to ensure they can fight for every customer.
Take my advice and shop with Naken or others, avoid this lot like the plague.

FRAUDSTERS DO NOT PURCHASE
This is the very first review of a company that I have ever written. DO NOT order from this company. I cannot believe that they have the nerve to set back up again. I gave them over £6000.00 pounds for furniture to complete my new home. NEVER GOT A SINGLE ITEM. I chased and chased, they stated some items they were unable to get hold off (fair enough), said I was due a refund . It never came. Then, after chasing and chasing for goods and /or refund they went into administration !!

This company is an absolute mess
This company is an absolute mess! DO NOT purchase from them if you want your goods in a timely manner or if you would like any kind of communication from them about your order. We have tried on several occasions to phone and speak to them, to no avail. We have been waiting for 3 months for our order and still have no idea if or when they will arrive! We are now seeking a full refund but guess what, they haven't replied to that either!

Appalling service
I ordered a side board more than 2 months ago,
My order was supposed to arrive in the warehouse
On dec 19 but obviously did not arrive - no one answers the phone, no one answers my mails
I am waiting for an answer, any answer honestly
I am appalled at the customer service
I will for sure never again order from them
I can see the difference with Heal’s who are 100% on the ball

R V Astley Mirror
Recently bought a mirror from Houseology but when it arrived it was slightly damaged and I felt colour was not as advertised. I got in touch with Lisa from Houseology to arrange a return and refund.. the customer service from Lisa and the whole team has been brilliant...they quickly arrange a collection to return it and I was kept fully informed of their refund process...I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from this company, they are so helpful.

Beware
Beware! These people will charge you 20% restocking fee if you return an item as a trade customer! Info in the small print only. Technically, for an item to be considered "a return" I have to receive it first, but I haven't, and they still charged me 20% of "restocking fee"! They were very fast to point out that I'll be charged 20% since the item can't be delivered to Ireland.

Saw this wine rack some time ago and it locked in my memory of likes. Just moved to a new house and wanted to treat it to a present ( as you do )

Opened to browse the web and less than a minute hey presto. 30 seconds later bought and sorted.
Delivered as promised in good order, so a big thank you to all at houseology.com including a big thanks from the house feels very posh!

All thats glitters does not shine!.....stay away

Very poor, took a order for some lighting, which was advertised on the website, Houseology specified 5 weeks for delivery, waited 5 weeks, nothing was delivered, chased it up to find that they had no stock at the mfgr and that i would have to wait a further 10 days for a refund.
Looks like they may have problems if they are using customers money on refunds to cashflow thier business.

Fantastic service from the staff at Houseology. I can’t rate them enough. I purchased three Tom Dixon barstools and to cut a long story short the staff....particularly Becky Hassan, customer services manager and another member of staff named Johanna, were incredibly professional, patient and supportive in terms of supporting my order and answering my queries. Will definitely be a returning customer. ??
